Our aerial pictures featuring remote locations in several countries. Enjoy aerial views from Labrador in Canada to the west coast from New Zealand. Being in the air photographing is always a challenge but everything looks so different from the air.
For most assignments we use helicopters, simply because a helicopter can hover which gives us more time for the aerials. If distances are to large we usually use smaller planes like a Beaver (water plane) or Cessna's.
The biggest challenge for aerial photography is to stabilize the camera as much as possible to avoid blurry images, be careful especially in Helicopter NOT to touch the window with your camera. I always try to use at least 1/1000 sec as a minimum shutter speed for my aerial photos. As always, it depends on a lot of different things like air speed and weather conditions.
Have fun browsing through our collection of aerial pictures!
